dropper post lever for mountain bike

thingiverse

This dropper post lever for cable-actuated dropper posts is quite bulky, but it's built to last and provides a much more comfortable user experience compared to top-mount levers. It fits standard mountain bike handlebars with a diameter of 22 mm and sits on the left-hand side of the bars, making it compatible only with single-chainring drivetrains. To assemble this lever, you'll need a bearing with an outside diameter of 16 mm, an inside diameter of 6 mm, and a height of 5 mm. The bearing should be sealed to ensure durability. You'll also require a M6 bolt that's 20 mm long and a matching nut that's 10 mm in size to attach the lever to the clamp. Additionally, you'll need a M4 x 13 mm bolt and nut for the clamp itself. For easier fitment, consider using a M4 heat-set insert on the lower clamp half if you have one available. This will prevent the nut from falling out until it's securely tightened.
