Create 3D printable droplet chips through methods such as micro-machining, laser cutting, and casting. The provided designs include both single and two-piece options to enhance manufacturing possibilities. Measurements are 100 x 50 x 5 mm (single piece height) with 500 µm channels and 1 mm inlets. Compatible materials consist of SLA resin, DLP resin, PDMS, and laser-cuttable materials. Inspired by Dan Chen's air pocket generator from MetaFluidics, the designs can be imported using millimeter dimensions in STL, IGES, or STEP formats.
