I designed this after messing up an order for T nuts. The model is threaded roughly for an M3 bolt, but that resolution is beyond my printer's limits. However, M3 bolts screw into this securely, as is. I'm sure it could be tapped or bored out for other threadings too. This fits in 80/20 brand aluminum extrusions like those used in TrickLaser's Rostock MAX METAL frame. Print Settings Printer Brand: Solidoodle Printer: Solidoodle 2 - Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 100% Notes: Printed at 100% infill and 0.1mm layer height, and I printed a bunch of them together with a 3mm brim around each to hold them in place during the print.
