To improve the file, I adjusted its content by centering elements, employing symmetrical extruder mounting holes instead of offset ones, and adding a NEMA 17 stepper mount. Additionally, the DXF was cleaned up. The new extruder works effectively. My enthusiasm is evident! I find the latest extruder design impressive as it functions efficiently. To ensure proper stepper motor installation, you might need to adjust your 'weird dino' or create a spacer for the stepper. Alternatively, using a geared motor from an MK4 extruder is another option.
