Drop Ceiling Rail Cable Hook
thingiverse
I needed a way to run cables along our drop ceiling rails without any hassle. The initial cable clips I found looked perfect, but they were clearly designed to keep the cable in place with no easy way to install or remove it. So, this is what I came up with. Printed in PLA with a 0.4 nozzle, these cable holders turned out incredibly strong and durable, easily handling the cables I wanted to run - like the main cable for my Oculus Rift S. They bend slightly, but so far none have shown any signs of cracking or breaking. When they do eventually fail, it's easy to replace them, which has put me at ease. I ended up getting some retracting holders as well, and they worked great too. I'm really pleased with how these cable clips turned out!
