Human: *Edit 1/24/2020:* New version available. Clearly, I think it's improved. This is an updated drop bar dropper lever, building on my previous design. Key improvements include: Higher cable housing entry, placing it closer to the bar Angled back cable housing entry Slimmed down rear lever underside It retains the same brake/shifter bar clamp and 608 bearing as before, so consult that project for more information. As mentioned in that project, build with high infill. Supports may only be necessary on the bed. Routing the housing and wrapping the bar isn't too difficult, but I found it helpful to wrap a few turns of the bar tape underneath the cable housing when wrapping around the part and brake lever. This design has not yet been tested on the road/trail, as I'm still making other modifications to my bike. Update: works well in general, but interferes with the grip in the drops. I was concerned it might interfere with my fingers if it's lower down, but since it's positioned inside the bar, my fingers will get a decent amount of wrap around the bar, so I'll redesign this to sit lower on the bar, not nestled right up against the brake hoods. I want to angle the housing entry more towards the bar so my thumb doesn't have to wrap around it as far. Basic changes are underway, but my day job is getting in the way. The Autodesk Fusion 360 design files remain a mess, but they can be found at: https://a360.co/2ZMmIDo
