Drooloop Flower Remix with 10mm LED recess

I thought it would be cool to explore what happens when you stick a LED inside of the Drooloop Flower, particularly when you use transparent filament. I was hoping that the transparent filament would transfer light to the ends better than it did; perhaps if I printed with longer loops... I put together a simple ATTiny85 / Arduino circuit to blink the LEDs, and put the whole thing in a flower pot. I'll post the code for that, it should work fine unmodified on an Adafruit Trinket if you're not into doing your own AVR programming. I'm uploading a sample STL, but it's worth noting that you can tweak parameters in OpenSCAD if you're so-inclined. Instructions Print the .STL model, I used a Makerbot Replicator 5th Generation (now with extra extruder clogs!). Stick a LED inside. Stick a CR2032 or similar battery on the other end of your LED. If you want to make the circuit like I did, use an Adafruit Trinket and wire a couple of the LEDs (positive legs) to pin 0, and a couple to pin 1. The switch goes between ground and pin 2. I used an old cell phone battery plugged into a JST jack so I could recharge it. You could do similarly with an Adafruit LiPo Battery (don't forget the appropriate charger) and an Adafruit JST Extension Cable.
