This drone was crafted for a high school project that would showcase impressive aerodynamics. The total cost of the drone did not exceed $150, including top-of-the-line components, making it a stellar investment. And it soars through the skies like a pro. Total weight, including a GoPro: 1150 grams Flight time: approximately 15 minutes Max extra payload: approximately 800 grams All components can be assembled using M3 bolts and nuts of the correct sizes to create an incredible flying machine. Print Settings Printer: Self-built printer was used for this project. Rafts: No additional supports were necessary. Supports: None were needed, allowing for a streamlined design. Infill: The drone has a 40% infill setting, giving it incredible stability in flight. The flightcontroller is situated at the top of the drone for added stability and efficiency. The battery is mounted on the underside of the bottom layer using clamps provided. The ESC's can be secured to the sides of the battery, providing an elegant design.
