After several requests for custom prop sizes in the original design, located at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1104993, I recreated it from scratch using Fusion360. This version is fully parametric, allowing for total flexibility. The STL files provided are for a 5-inch propeller, which can be scaled up or down to meet your needs. To change the dimensions of this design, simply open the Fusion360 file and modify the parameters using the "Modify/Change Parameters" tool. Key parameters include: * Prop_radius: The length of one blade in millimeters, with an additional 1 mm added for clearance. * Blade_width: The width of the blades in millimeters, with an extra 1 mm included for clearance. * Prop_height: The height of the propeller in millimeters, plus a 0.25 mm allowance for clearance. * Number_of_props: This can be set to any number you prefer, not just four. You can also adjust other parameters as needed. If you're new to Fusion360, simply leave a comment with your desired prop dimensions, and I'll generate the STL files for you.
