Drone Propeller Cut Tool for Dremel

I built this tool to precision-cut old props to exact lengths I desired. For the rotation axis, I repurposed an old 1104 motor that had seen better days. The cutting process utilizes a 1mm end mill available at https://bit.ly/2Jeeoj8. Each hole in the motor block is marked with the specific prop length in inches. Unfortunately, my pictures don't clearly display this detail due to a oversight on my part when generating the G-code; I forgot to configure the supports properly. I've created two versions for the motor block – essentially the rotation axis for the prop. The first version features threaded holes, designed specifically for printing with ABS and subsequent tapping with an M3 tap. The second version is ideal for printing with PLA. Here's how it works: heat a pre-drilled M3 insert to a point where it can be inserted into the tip of a long screw. Gently push the insert through the hole in the motor block, and you'll find that it fits perfectly. When operating this tool, exercise caution when handling the end mill to avoid any accidents.
