Made this to cut old props to precise lengths I desired. An old damaged 1104 motor serves as a rotation axis for the prop. A 1mm end mill is used - https://bit.ly/2Jeeoj8. Each hole in the motor block indicates the specific prop length in inches. My pictures don't clearly show this detail because I forgot to configure the supports when creating the Gcode. Two versions of the motor block are available for use as a rotation axis for the prop. A threaded version is designed for printing with ABS and using an M3 tap. An insert version, suitable for printing with PLA, involves heating a pre-drilled M3 insert on the tip of a long screw and carefully pushing it through the hole - this works remarkably well. Be extremely cautious when handling the end mill during tool use.
