Drone Hanger

REVISION 2 NOTES I tweaked the lip to print without support by flipping it 90 degrees onto its top side. The version marked with a 'c' has been optimized for mounting on the Command strip, which is 13mm wide. This hanger makes it easy to hang your drone on the wall, and it perfectly holds a 5" stretch X style racing quad in place. I printed several using 100% infill, but that's likely overkill - you might get away with less. I've included files for a "True-X" configuration of 5" racing quads, so choose the one that fits your drone. To print a hanger for a 3" quad, simply scale it up by 60%. If your ESCs are mounted on the arms, don't go below 90% on Z or you might run into problems. I printed mine using 60% on X, 70% on Y, and 90% on Z with my Catalyst Machineworks Superlight 3". Print settings: * Support On How I Designed This I built this hanger using simple shapes, fillets, and extrusions in OnShape.
