Drone Gate Self Right Stand

I'm excited to redesign that intriguing thing https://pinshape.com/items/47369-3d-printed-self-balancing-indoor-drone-racing-flags. My idea behind remixing it was to create one that will self-correct in 360 degrees and utilize a sturdy 36" wooden dowel, exactly 3/16" thick. I've got a small whoop drone, but I'm craving something larger. The plan for adding counterweight is to fill the bottom with clay; however, I suspect there's a more efficient way to do this.
