Drone frame BO100L (6 mm motors)
thingiverse
The lighter version of the BO100H drone frame is designed using a BO100L framework (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1140372). Components used include standard 6mm engines common in consumer nano drones and a 3.7 V lipo battery with 150 mAh capacity. The dia 37 - 40 mm propellers were also utilized. The 'Concept drone 011' frame was modified by transplanting various parts to create this lighter version of the HB100H components. It is recommended that the battery frame be glued firmly onto the main body, ensuring it remains centered throughout the assembly process. A slight grinding of the main body may be required prior to motor installation due to the nature of this modified design. As these components are less sturdy compared to their heavier counterparts, additional care should be taken during assembly. Gluing the bumper and pcb cover directly onto the drone's main body offers improved stability in operation.
