This is my custom-designed drone frame measuring 142mm by 142mm in size. To achieve optimal results, it's best to print with 100% infill and without support or only attaching support to the buildplate. I've tested this design with PLA and ABS materials, but I would highly recommend using ABS for its superior performance. Alternatively, Nylon might prove even more effective. You can utilize a motor like the DYS BE1104 1104 brushless motor with a 5400KV rating or similar alternatives. The frame features 20x20 mounting holes, but you may need to make minor adjustments if you plan to use standoffs, as I'm utilizing long bolts in my design.
