Drone Flight Controller Mount - 20x20 Reducer, Spacers, and RX Deck
thingiverse
I crafted these components specifically for my Usmile UX2 90MM Drone Frame, as most of the Race Whoop Parts wouldn't fit natively. With that in mind, I designed a 16MMx16MM Reducer/Stack to take 20MMx20MM Flight controllers and reduce the M2/M3 screws and 16MMX16MM layout so you can use Racewhoop or other 16x16's with ease. The Usmile UX2 frame supports multiple orientations for mounting flight controllers, so I adjusted the 16x16 orientation properly to avoid any issues in Betaflight. My setup includes: * FuriousFPV Racewhoop * FuriousFPV Fishpepper 1s-2s 4-in-1 ESC * FuriousFPV Mnova 25mW/200mW VTX * Frsky XM+ Receiver * Runcam Micro Swift 2 Check out my other additions for the Usmile UX2 frame: Runcam Micro Swift 2 Soft TPU Mount: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2819892 The idea is to thread M2x5 screws directly from the bottom into the base component, then use spacers to add boards, and finally secure the Receiver with zip ties or hot glue using the RX PAD at the top. I used four M2x16 screws to tie everything together in a "Hamburger stack" type configuration. The notch on the inside of the circle denotes where the USB of the flight controller should be orientated, and the M3 post is 1.5MM smaller to allow for USB cable clearance. For vibration and dampening, I print all these parts in TPU, which worked great! Hopefully, someone else can use this design with success! Good luck!
