My take on a motor holder, clamp, and wrench for gripping brushless motors while securing propellers. Designed as a two-part print/assembly, using TPU as an insert, with the larger part printed in PLA. A thin piece of rubber from an old bike tire could be used instead. This design accommodates 27.5 mm motor can diameters and may work for slightly smaller or larger motors. For bigger motors, scaling features in the slicer could be used to adjust the size. I used shoe glue adhesive to secure the TPU in place, which worked effectively. Some points to consider: Place the wrench on the upper part of the motor where the bearing cross-member intersects with the motor can, avoiding any deformation of the motor housing. This device can also serve as a torque wrench by applying learned pressure. Over-tightening the propeller nut can lead to cracking issues; developing a sense for this type of situation is crucial.
