Thomas KoepkeDrone RebuildI have rebuilt a drone to make them more stable and have more durability. To do this I have designed a drone with 4 sensors in the motors and 4 in the body. The sensors in the motors adjust to elevation, wind, and up/ Dawn drafts. The 4 sensors for up and drone drafts are located in the blade screw to tell if there is more pressure on the blade then there should be at that speed of the blade rotating in comparison with the wait of the camera or pacing on the drone. One of the sensors in the body is a mercury switch which will tell if the drone is leading to fare in one direction or if it is descending too fast. The switch has 8 or more wires depending on how many blades are on the drone. 2 for each blade. This creates a connection that sends more power to the motor that needs more power to make the done level. The second sensor in the drone body is a pressure plate that senses the water of the camera or package being delivered and sent the information to the 4 sensors motors to adjust the blade speed. The final sensor is a battery and distance from operator sensor so when the battery is too low it returns to the operator. This sensor also joins with the sensors in the motor to return the drone if conditions get to harsh for the drone. In the end this drone’s carbon fiber, and aluminum frame and casing increases sturdiness and durability. The sensors help it maneuver in harsh conditions and return if needed while styling stable.
