DROK LM2596-SDC LED 1-Button 66x35mm BUCK CONVERTER CASE ENCLOSURE

There are numerous Buck Converter enclosures posted here, but none match what I envisioned for a typical 1-button LED Buck Converter (66mm x35mm), which I purchased on Amazon (https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00JUFJ1GA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). So, I created my own. My goal was to design an extremely low-profile enclosure that showcases the capacitors and provides easy access to the wire connector ports and voltage regulator pot as well as a functional push button and openings to view the LED digits and LED lights above the button on the main board. A voltage direction arrow is engraved on the top cover, indicating voltage IN and OUT directions as well as "+" markings above corresponding connectors. The design was intended for use with the 4040 bar on the Ender3, so the finished outside dimensions are approximately 40mm x 70mm x 15mm, with two offset connectors that fit securely into t-nuts. The underside remains flat, allowing users to also secure it using double-sided tape. The enclosure is secured by 4x M3x14mm screws, which hold the top cover in place and keep the board firmly secured within tight tolerances to maintain a compact and low-profile design. I am satisfied with the outcome and pleased that it functions as intended.
