This is a custom housing for a medium-sized DROK CC/CV regulator. Found here, the 5A unit without the MOSFET heat sink: https://www.amazon.com/DROK-Numerical-Regulator-Converter-Adjustable/dp/B072Q3JRG9/ The housing isolates the bare board and components to increase the shelf life of these relatively expensive digital units. It uses four M3x8 (10-12 work too) fasteners of your choice of head style.
