DROK Adjustable booster case with fan
thingiverse
Due to my installation of the Drok boost converter in a shed to power a 24 volt water pump from a 12v source. I wanted to include a fan mounted to the back plate that came with the unit. Modified the original design to fit the back plate the same way as the front and added some mounting tabs. My version also didn't have the usb port so I adjusted the size of the terminal openings to match. I did include a version that left the usb port as originally designed. Removed a few of the vents to aid in directing the airflow across the heat sink and spaced the unit off the wall a bit to allow the fan to pull in cooler air from the sides. Stock standoffs were replaced with ones from the kit below. This allowed the fan to be mounted between the back plate and the heat sink. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XKWDSPT Fan used was a 40x10 mm.
