My first Droid concept inspired by BigBangCollectibles on Etsy. Link below. Print at 125% for best tolerances, less accurate machines should go larger. Print disc with large side down. Use supports if necessary. Cura users should use adaptive layers, 0.08 layer height, 0.08 max variation, and 0.04 step size. Print head with the same settings. Print test of tires and wheels. Five millimeters in height is enough; adjust as needed. Layer height at 0.12 for both, adaptive layers not required. Disc x2 Wheels x2 Tires x2 Center plate x1 Alignment pin x1 Arms x2 Head brace x1 Head x1 Twelve pieces total. About six to eight hours of print time.
