I designed a custom charger port for my trusty astromech droid. While some fans might prefer a standard 12V outlet, I opted for a more convenient solution - a Battery Tender Junior charger connection that eliminates the need to remove my droid's head every time it needs a charge. The uploaded images showcase a rough prototype test print, which was used to assess fit and functionality. A small screwdriver proved to be the perfect tool for temporarily securing the hinge pin during this initial trial phase.
