driverless, autonomus vehicle
grabcad
A novel autonomous vehicle project features driverless, trackless operation with self-generated energy for self-sufficient vehicles at self-regulated traffic flow following the ant principle. This innovative design is showcased in initial components. Adjustments to data are forthcoming. The vehicle may be applicable for installation on other planets or used as mining technology underground. It's constructed in a dug pit with metal walls pressed into the ground, followed by the insertion of pre-formed and welded tube plates to create the outer skin. Concrete pipes complete the structure. Metal walls serve as an outer casing, while an inner one isolates the interior from overburdened soil material. Both elements are hydraulically pushed into the ground with compensation components. The seats, made of glued plywood, feature hydrostatic cushions that adapt to a seated individual's body shape. The chassis includes water tanks at the front and rear, hydrogen fuel cells, impellers for electricity generation from overhead air thermals, and a power storage battery plate for generating hydrogen gas from water. Electricity is continuously produced but not stored, except for the power storage-plate batteries that must remain charged. Wheel hub motors with integrated airless tread and a specific air suspension system provide controllable individual suspensions. Applications include transport and logistics as well as passenger transportation.
