This is a copy of Milton Bradly puzzle Drive Ya Nuts. The object is to position all seven nuts so that the number on each nut matches the number on the nut it touches. The base is a straightforward print - I used a 0.6 mm nozzle and layer height of 0.3 mm The nuts are made from three files. I use Cura and my printing sequence is: Load nut face files, then load nut number file, then load nut print body. Align the files. Delete nut print body and nut number file Slice nut face file - I used a 0.2 mm nozzle with layer at 0.15 Save file then undelete nut number file and delete nut face file - enable z hop & set z hop to 0.5 mm, slice and save - I used a 0.2 mm with layer at 0.15 Undelete until all files are displayed, the delete nut number and nut face. slice nut print body without supports - I used a 0.6 mm nozzle with layer at 0.3 mm The nut print body has a feature that touches build plate and elevates the main body. When placed in Cura, this feature must be the side to the build plate
