This 3D printable miniature Ferris wheel toy set was created by user k3nl1n on thingiverse. Using Customizer, I have generated a custom version for you based on this original design with several customization options. You are free to experiment with the following settings: Rope Diameter = 4.5 Wheel Diameter = 16 Please adjust these parameters as needed to suit your taste. This wheel set is made up of four major components: center axis, seat platforms, and two large wheels with ropes in between them. **Step-by-Step Instructions:** **Part 1: Printing the Main Components** You can start printing any component without modifying it or removing support. Each component takes around three minutes to print at default settings on my Prusa I3 printer. It might take longer based on your equipment specifications. **Mounting Wheels onto Central Axis:** After removing support for central axis from your 3D printed result, carefully separate it from the printing bed. You can also clean it lightly by spraying compressed air. Secure wheels firmly onto central axis before adding final components to avoid any errors that might lead you to repeat printout again. **Installing Rope Components Between Wheels:** Using either hand-tightening technique or tool depending upon size availability attach each piece securely until there are only minor adjustments required later. Mount both wheel ends tightly on seat platforms then put rope over one side; ensure not overexert yourself. The same process must happen on the opposite end of seat. Rig up the center to maintain tight tension without affecting its durability. Make sure all loose pieces like metal or plastic stay in place by tightening screws using provided nuts and wrench as instructed. Install central piece so there won't be an unstable feeling due excessive rotation speeds which cause imbalance. Do some extra adjustments for precise control at desired heights before calling final printouts done.
