Drive gear for old Philips 400w Mix Master ball turning mechanism

Printed with white PLA, the initial result was far from satisfactory due to the gear resting on supports during the first print. I removed the upper flange of the model and adjusted it for a second attempt, allowing me to print the entire spur-gear directly on the bed. The upper flange from the first print was carefully cut off and reattached to the second print using reglue. A small file was used to clean up each tooth. After assembly in the machine, everything seems to be working just fine.
