Drive Bay Fanless N100 mini PC mount (HP Microserver upgrade)

This is for mounting the fanless 'router' style Intel Alder Lake N100 mini PCs in a standard 5.25" drive bay (e.g. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006036859811.html) In this case it is used for upgrading the HP N36L/N40L/N54L Microserver as its motherboard is a non-standard size. The PC is mounted far back in the case to make room for a permanent usb stick for unraid to boot from in the front. The base and front/back panels of the mini PC need to be removed (4 screws) before installing it.The sides of the drive bay adapter spread out a little when installing the mini PC but the drive bay itself pushes them back in. The holes on the side are for heatset inserts to enable standard M3 screws for installing the drive bay (The Microserver uses them as ‘pegs’ to slide the bay in on). The holes came out a little large so the heatsets are a bit looser than is ideal. The hexagon perforated front panel is hinged with a print-in-place latch mechanism to provide access to the USB/HDMI ports. Its a bit flimsy as its only 2mm thick, and the pin will probably need sanding to fit into the hinge but it does the job.The half-height PCI bracket (which should be printed on its side with supports) has a keystone mount for a keystone RJ45 coupler (or you could use a normal keystone RJ45 jack if you have a punch down tool). This is to route the ethernet from the back of the mini pc to the rear of the case. Unfortunately it is very thin and flimsy and the screw hole is too far back for the microserver, but the microsever has a small metal flap which holds it in place and it works just well enough that I haven't improved it. Note that with the mini-PC installed, this is 2CM longer than the 5.25" DVD drive I have here, I've no idea if that's out of spec but it fits the HP Microserver.
