1-plastic M2 screw and nut for camera mount 1- Flight controller max size 23x32.5mm I used Sp_evo HEX or Quad Brushed fc 4- brushed 8520 motors 1-aio cam (8mm cylinder mounted)if your unsure print this first. 1-RX radio Rubber bands I designed the smallest possible flight controller, which is the Sp_evo with 4 motor outputs. It can also take the hexacopter version, but the USB is in a tricky spot, so programming without the body may be necessary. I only use a rubber band to hold the flight controller down. The camera is designed for an 8mm opening, wrapping around the aio's cylinder. It is mounted with M2 plastic screws before assembly of the body. The body is the last thing, which is CA glued as the final part. (Don't forget to secure the flight controller.) The motors are unprotected as far as wiring, but I solved this problem with a little shoe glue! On the body, there are wings for a small rubber to top-mount the battery. If you want to bottom mount the battery instead, you can double rubber band the flight controller and do it that way. This design is a bit heavy, and it has gone through a process of weight loss. It's not a race frame, but I've used the same flight controller since day one and gone through 10 frames or more (on cold days with PLA). Use PETG for best durability. It's also my first uploaded design, and I have somewhat abandoned it. But let me know if you need help or want to make some changes!
