Drip tray for George Foreman Grill
thingiverse
Like many others, I lost the drip tray for my George Foreman Evolve grill. Not wanting to spend money on a replacement, I was eager to invest hours designing and printing one myself. The result exceeded expectations, becoming more than just a substitute - it was an upgrade. This custom piece consists of three parts: the drip tray itself, a snap-fit lid, and a spoon for scraping out excess grease. The tray is precisely wide enough to cover the entire grill surface. Its curved bottom provides a double layer of protection against leaks, ensuring mess-free grilling sessions. The spoon fits snugly into the curve of the drip tray, making it simple to collect and store grease. Simply place the tray in the refrigerator to set, then scoop out the grease with the spoon. The lid snaps securely onto the bottom of the tray while in use, and can be stored inside when not needed. Printing this design requires a wide printer - I had to print mine diagonally on my Prusa Mk3 to make it fit.
