We bought two sets of the "Chef Specialties 90055 5 7/8" Burnished Copper Pepper Mill / Salt Shaker with Holder". One for each end of the table. We love them but the Pepper mills have a tendency to drop a small amount of ground pepper on the table under the holder after use. So I made these drip pans to place in the holder to catch the pepper for easy disposal instead of it landing on the table. They snap in place and I printed them in brown so you don't even notice them.
