Inspire from [A better wine bottle] https://youtu.be/ydR1CsX4Fek Although I don't really understand fluid dynamics, all I can do is copy this idea, and it works well with sesame oil and soy sauce, say goodbye to pesky drip~ 30mm cap with 3 coil of 1mm screw, and a inside ring with diameter of 24mm.
