DRIOD Leg Rotate Mechanism R2D2 Star Wars

Here's the leg rotation mechanism for both left and right sides. It relies on a timing belt, specifically the Contitech Synchrobelt HTD model with 95 teeth, measuring 475mm in length by 9mm in width, and is stocked as RS item number 475-0254. This is paired with a 3mm bolt and nut setup along with a high-torque, reversible DC motor with a geared worm drive, the GW/GJY370 model, which operates at a rate of 12V and can achieve speeds from 2 to 100 RPM. I opted for the 10 RPM setting but have yet to test its functionality. The motor appears robust enough, although it still requires wiring before it can be tested in both forward and reverse directions. The brackets that hold the timing belt and gear were printed at a density of 100% to ensure maximum strength.
