Remixed Version with a parallel second Arrow on the other side and a fully 3d printable bearing. You can also use a 608 skateboard bearing for better performance but the printable one works totally fine. If it doesn't fit because of your printer settings you can just print another one with 95% or simply remove one frame of the bearing. Have fun with it ;)
