The school's facilities manager requested replacement knobs for several drinking fountains, as most of these fixtures lacked functional handles or suffered from broken components. Produced with a fill percentage of 90%, utilizing PLA material, and incorporating support structures, these replicas meet specific standards. A thorough cleaning process is necessary to achieve optimal performance. For secure mounting, the user will require access to a drill and tap set, specifically designed for threaded applications. Unfortunately, due to unclear product branding information, I had to modify the size of each replacement part by approximately 1.5%, resulting in units slightly smaller than the original items. Fortunately, these components appear resilient against everyday wear and tear.
