Drilling template for pipe clamps
thingiverse
Here's a drilling template I made for the pipe clamps to fit over an inch and a quarter box section so you get the holes central and properly spaced. This is an afterthought after assembling my antenna and realizing I'd inadvertently drilled one set of holes a fraction too far apart. I figured if I'd made one of these before I started rather than relying on my measuring and marking, I wouldn't be reprinting a set of pipe clamps with the spacing of the holes adjusted to compensate for my error right now. Drill out at five millimeters with the template then widen the hole to suit if you're using rivnuts like me.
