Drilling template for hole 145mm

A drilling template for drilling a hole of 145mm in a stone wall. Hole in the middle is 12 mm. Outer holes are 8 mm. I used first drill 8 mm, then 10 mm, 12mm and 14mm (skipping a hole). The template is already used so photo has already some damage on it. First I drilled a hole of 12 through the wall. Then I used a long threaded rod through the wall with on both side a bolt to keep the template at its place. Put an extra bolt in a drilled 8 mm hole to avoid moving of the template.
