Drilling Jig for Mounting BIQU H2, H2O on Creality extruder carriage (CR10, Ender 3)
thingiverse
This is a drilling jig to make new holes for your Creality extruder carriage to attach your H2 or H2O to. That was you don't have to deal with a plastic mounting situation. Simply print both pieces (print bottom jig with flat wide base down on the build plate, top jig can be printed however but I printed it standing up). Then remove the creality extruder carriage from your printer, strip all of the wheels etc off of it and place it between the two jigs. The two jigs will snap together securing the creality extruder carriage. If you prefer, there are wholes for screwing the jig into a piece of wood to keep it extra secure but it's not needed. Start with whatever small drill bit fits best in the two holes in the top jig. Then enlarge the holes as needed after the initial holes are drilled in the metal. The purpose of the jig is to make sure the holes are in the appropriate place to attach the H2 to. These hole locations keep the nozzle at the same z height as the stock creality nozzle/microswiss nozzle. E-mail any questions here: CG.Edwards53@gmail.com
