A drill pump is a most famous type of pump that uses to pump non-flammable liquids. A drilling pump does not contain an inner electric motor to operate the impeller. Instead, use a standard hand drill powered pump to transfer the liquid around. The energy of the drill motor drives the impeller, which extracts liquid from the impeller and diverts it out from the other side of the casing of the outlet line.
