Drill Water Pump 60L/min | Easy to print
thingiverse
There are two versions of this turbine available. One is a single-part design that includes both a shaft and 4mm hex, while the other is a two-part version that's easier to print but requires an additional three screws. With my Makita DHP 485 drill, which has a maximum rpm of 1900, I've found that it pumps around 60L per minute. The bearings on this turbine have dimensions of 16mm inner diameter, 30mm outer diameter, and 10mm thickness. The hose adapter is specifically designed for 16mm hoses, but since I only had an 18mm hose on hand, I used some tape to make it fit properly. All the other screws you'll need are clearly labeled in the accompanying pictures, so feel free to get started and have fun with this project!
