Design this drill press accessory specifically for use with a Harbor Freight bench top drill press. Include a CAD file using DesignSpark software, and provide a comprehensive bill of materials (BOM). You will need to devise a way to secure the clamping block on the bolt; I suggest attaching a nut to both sides of the block with epoxy or modifying the block to accept nuts from both sides. To fabricate this device, you will require 8mm smooth rod or English measurement stainless rod; it is advisable to use epoxy to embed the guide rods. The handle component that cradles the bolt end must measure precisely 14mm; however, you may want to widen it by half a mm depending on your machine's tolerance specifications. This drill press accessory is designed to be secured to the drilling bed of a Harbor Freight drill press using holes, and the clamping block features cutouts for the heads of the nuts to protrude.
