I created a drill press tailored specifically for my Bosch PSR 10.8 LI. The design is versatile and can be adapted for use with any type of drill by simply modifying the DrillHolder. I began by utilizing a sturdy 30x30 cm wooden plate made from MDF as the foundation, which provided a stable base for the entire assembly. Next, I constructed the main axis using two 60x40 mm wooden planks placed perpendicular to the plate. To complete the frame, I securely fastened four BasicRail prints onto this central axis, carefully positioning them to ensure optimal stability. Finally, I attached two SliderBlocks to the DrillHolder piece, taking care to align them perfectly with the main axis. If necessary, you can adjust the XY-Offset for the SliderBlock in your slicer to achieve a seamless fit between the BasicRail and SliderBlock components.
