Drill Guide 6 Hole Tube 1.25 Inch

This is a printed version of the paper template shown in the plans. It fits 1.25" OD tubing and has six holes. The pilot holes fit the small spring-loaded center punch perfectly, making it easy to use. When this guide is slid onto the tube flush on the end, the holes line up exactly 1/4" from the end of the tube. I printed it using PLA, with a layer thickness of 0.2 mm and a fill density of 30%. The print time was about 15 minutes on my Monoprice Select Mini. This design could be easily resized for different sized tubes and hole counts if needed.
