Drill Bit Stand

Drill Bit Stand

Another drill bit stand designed specifically for my needs, boasting precision with 0.5mm steps from 1 to 10mm to meet my exact requirements. To add visual interest to the print results, I incorporate a filament color swap near the end of the process, making the raised text more visible in a contrasting hue. The filament color change is easily set up within your slicer software; PrusaSlicer makes this process straightforward, and other slicers likely do as well. After printing, some fine-tuning is necessary to achieve an optimal fit between the holes and the drill bits. This involves carefully adjusting the hole diameters using the drill bits themselves until you find a snugness level that suits your work preferences. Remember that even with proper use, the holes in all drill bit stands tend to loosen over time, requiring occasional adjustments.
