Tried printing several versions at the precise relief angle but none seemed to match the tool's diameter/mandrel length, so created one that fits perfectly. Sharpening at 118 degrees with a 5 degree relief yields excellent results for small diameter drills. Utilized the M20 thread in Fusion 360 despite the Silverline rotary tool having an M19 thread; it worked flawlessly on the first try without requiring any adjustments to the thread.
