Drill bit sharpener for (semi)pro rotary tool (36-38mm) with relief

thingiverse

This guide is designed for use with semi-pro rotary tools featuring a 36(38)mm "collar" like Hilda, Royce or Profil. Additionally, you'll need a cutting disk measuring at least 32mm in diameter and an M4x20 bolt accompanied by a nut. A cutting angle of 120 degrees is specified, coupled with a relief angle of 5 degrees. This configuration ensures the cutting edge first contacts the material, allowing the drill to cut through rather than slide along its rear surface due to the material's resistance.
