Drill bit sharpener
cults3d
I've researched numerous existing methods for sharpening drill bits, yet none met my expectations. I prefer straightforward and practical designs, which is why I created this: a one-piece guide for honing drill bits on a Dremel or comparable rotary tool. Three guides are included: 90, 118, and 135 degrees. Most individuals will require the 118-degree guide, so the adapter comes in two sizes to effortlessly fit both small and large diameter drills, as well as different diameters in cutting/grinding disks. The adapter prints in one piece without support and is threaded to screw directly onto the Dremel (I've tested it on Dremel 285, 8000, and generic Alltrade tools). It's also designed to accommodate mandrel upgrades. Feel free to modify as needed; please note that this design is for non-commercial use only. If you're interested in a separate license, contact me directly.
