Drill back fixture for 9/16" ID (11/16" OD) Insert Tubes

thingiverse

This is a fixture for drilling back the powder core on an 9/16" ID rindini insert tube. You'll need an 1/8" drill bit to insert into the drill handle. Adjust the drill bit protrusion until it just barely contacts the inner bottom surface of the fixture when the flat of the handle meets the top of the fixture (should be ~1/4").That is your "zero delay" position. Use the spacers between the handle and the top of the fixture to adjust your timing in 1/16" increments.
