I made a crucial modification to the housing of this project by swapping out the thread with a 12 mm or about 1/2 inch protrusion that can be securely fastened into a drill. I also added a cone-shaped interior to the old thread, ensuring that everything prints as one cohesive piece. Additionally, I've been contemplating replacing the snap ring with a pin system to significantly boost its strength; let me know your thoughts and I might just make the change.
