My drill press broke and I needed straight holes, so I made a simple adapter to fit my drill into the plunge base of my router.The diameter for the drill is 43mm, for the plunge base it's 65mm. My drill is a Makita and my router a Katsu (which is a Makita clone).I added a STEP file so you can slightly adjust the dimensions; yet, as you should directly press on the drill (while holding the plunger base with the other hand), it doesn't have to super tight as long as there's no play.
